This is my web space.
But I am other places;
Take your pick below
Ah, a haiku!*
I’m on a lot of places on the web. Facebook (also lovingly referred to as ‘Crackbook’), but bear in mind, if you find me there, I probably won’t add you unless I actually know you.
Happily, my favourite place is Twitter, where you’ll find me under missamerica_. (It’s always a bit weird meeting someone from Twitter, and then telling them that my username is ‘Miss America Underscore’. I mean, think about it…)
If you’re interested in what I’ve been listening to, you can check out Last.fm where I am listed under…yes, you guessed it: MissAmerica_ (again with the underscore.)
Alternatively, if you’re a fan of tumblr (as some of you are), you can reach me there as well; I post more pics there than here, especially those that I can send straight from my phone. Add me as a friend, and I’ll add you back! To confuse you (and because tumblr wouldn’t let me keep my underscore) my account there is the-miss-america
Of course I like to read! I have a Masters in reading! Though I haven’t had the time to really update my profile, if you go to Good Reads you can check on my profile to see what I’ve read or am currently reading (and probably what I thought about it).
I don’t have a myspace page, simply because I hate that site with the fiery passion of a thousand suns. I don’t know if it’s either realistic or logical to hate something that by all accounts doesn’t exist on a physical plane, but really, the word ‘hate’ doesn’t even come close.
Of course, if you really really want to get in touch with me (and I love getting emails!), then please drop me a few lines at lis[NOSPAMPLEASE!]@missamericawrites.co.uk (minus the [ ], of course).
And then, as always, you can leave a comment. You know…you don’t have to, but a comment or two would always be welcome. And though I know I’m not very consistent about putting up new posts, I do endeavour to respond to comments as soon as I can. (same for emails, btw).
If you don’t know me, and I don’t know you, then, do, please say hi! I like making new friends and am always interested in new visitors.
*It’s technically not a real haiku for a couple of reasons. I just want you to know that I know this. But I thought it would be fun.
